Some Words from Master Changs Pupils
SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy Family

Master Henrik S. Hunstad

The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me. I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo. If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Sincerely,

Master Henrik S. Hunstad,
International Master Instructor, 5th dan
Director of SANGROK Norway.

 SangRok DVD's

Hi everybody,
When hearing that master Chang recieved his (Jidokwan) 9th dan degree I thought this should be used to push him forward, and with him the whole SangRok community.  I believe that the best thing to do to promote Sangrok is to produce a DVD in which master Chang will perform all Poomsaes, some of his steps and sparring techniques, as well as some Hoshinsul techniques. These DVD will serve all SangRok  students while not in Korea and will preserve Master Chang's knowledge for years to come. All of us could use these DVDs to refresh our memory, and to align ourselves SangRok style.

Out of the SangRok community these DVDs will work to promote and establish master Chang as a prominent martial artist and will help to attract more students to the academy in Korea, thus introducing and promoting the SangRok way world wide.

So I guess now you are thinking, well that's all very nice, but where will the money come from? I have no answer for that one but I am sure that if we are all convinced that this is necessary, we can work out a way to get it done. Producing a high level instructional DVD is of course expensive and it has to be high level. Theer should be no compromise on the level of production (as for the level of TKD in it, that will be just fine). If it is done by proffesionals, and in a proffessional way, it may even sell in reasonable numbers and the sales of the DVD's will cover hopefully at least some of the production expenses.

Awaiting to hear your opinion, Avner
