The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

hello and Happy new year to entire sangrok Family!
I just wanted to quickly address this situation and subdue any suspicions concerning the "Cherie G" situation.
She is an employee of another instructor in my home town and we have been battling with them for over three years , they have launcehed a smear camapign and are now targeting the Sangrok family as they have gotten no where else attacking us.
I apologize for this inclusion but it will be remedied shortly.
we are not running or hiding and intend to continue promoting the sangrok way in our community.
our foundation was built on thruth and integrity and we will not be broken.
i am planning on attending(With students) sangrok Headquarters in spring this year(as well as master Hunstad) and would welcome the opprotunity to meet any one else conntecetd with Sangrok at that time.
