The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Year 2005 looks like going to be another exciting year of international competitions, so far I have already confirmed some of the international championship in Korea; hopefully there will be more coming.
First of all, on the 26th of June to the 1st of July 2005, there will be Chuncheon international Taekwondo championships; which is going to be held in Chuncheon city, South Korea. Secondly, on the 2nd of July to the 3rd of July 2005, there will be Korea University 100th Anniversary Global Taekwondo championships; which is going to be held in Seoul city. Thirdly, on the 24th to 29th September 2005, there will be World Taekwondo Hwarang festival; which is going to be held in Jincheon city, South Korea. Fourthly, in November, there will be World Taekwondo Hanmadang, which is going to be held in the Kukkiwon. As I have mentioned above, hopefully there will be more coming, so lets plan your competition schedule ahead; and I will keep everybody update.
If anybody wishes to come and participate in any of those championships, and you wish to do some serious preparations; please do not hesitate to contact me, I will make sure you are well prepare for the championships. Also, I always offer coaching to whoever trained under me.
