The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

To: Sangrok family
Yesterday I attended the 62nd Jidokwan anniversary party with 2 of my students. It was held at the Crown Hotel in Itaewon. Yesterday, one of the biggest topics was finding our Taekwondo roots. We discussed a lot about the seniors who created Jidokwan and the importance of respecting our elders who founded our Taekwondo roots
The old members still attended but also there were a lot of new and young faces there too. Unfortunately, I heard that some of the seniors have already died. My instructor Lee Jong Woo, didn't come to the party this time. He is also more than 80 years old and suffers from osteoporosis and it is difficult for him to walk. Actually he is a very important person in the Jidokwan, all members respect him and think of him in high regard. We all hope he will continue to have a long life.
