The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Dear Sangrok Family,
I have just returned from a seminar in Norway and I met so many students there. They made my trip to Norway a very enjoyable one. Also, I met Master Henrik, its always feel very good.
Especially nice was that during the seminar, a long-time student of Sangrok named Un Young, came from USA to Norway in order to meet me. This made me feel very good and proud. This is the first time I had seen Un Young for six years since she left Korea to go to the U.S. In that time, she has gotten married and lived and worked in the U.S. She came with her husband to the Norway Seminar and they look very happy together. Actuality, Un Young teaches painting at a school and her husband also teaches at the same school. We had quite a good Taekwondo seminar; and we got to talk all night and trace back memories about old Sangrok students and Sangrok family.
I hope to see you soon in the future in Korea or any place.
