The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Dear Master Chang,
I would like to thank you for my experiance at your gym in the past 2 weeks. Although I feel that my stay was short I still managed to learn alot. I really enjoyed your sparring, step sessions and pad work. Also the football at the end of the night was great, i feel it really helped improve my stamina.I would also like to thank Nick and Conny who also made my training more challenging and enjoyable. I feel very happy and privilaged that I have had the opportunity to learn off a Master of such a high level in taekwondo. I also felt welcomed into the Sangrok family, I learnt how to make kimchi and also had a lesson in how to speak korean. I would like the opportunity to continue with my lessons when I return so that I can further understand life in Korea. I really enjoyed every moment in your company, I look forward to returning in the future and learning more. I am sad that I have to leave to England as your gym is such a special place.
