(Old SANGROK family Board)

Master Henrik S. Hunstad

The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me. I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo. If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Sincerely,

Master Henrik S. Hunstad,
International Master Instructor, 6th Dan
Director of SANGROK Norway.

Dear Sangrok Family

I'm happy to see the video on the front page of Grandmaster Chang.

Master Chang, you still move like a 20 year old man!

The more experience I get in martial art, the more I learn to love and understand the Sangrok way and technique. These days I try to do a lot of recearch in Tai Chi and Hapkido as well as Taekwondo. I always come to the conclusion that the way of the Sangrok teaching and technique is the pure and high level, nomather what style you compare it with.

We where honored by having Grandmaster Chang in Norway for the annual summer camp. As usual we got a lot of hard a education lessons. There will be more pictures from the summer camp soon.

I'm also happy to inform you all that the Sangrok family is getting bigger. I will be a father in 6 months, so watch out the Olympics in 2026... I'm not sure wich country my child is going to represent, then the mother is Korean, and I as you know are Norwegian. But I think Korea has got enough medals, so I think he or she will represent Norway, but most of all Sangrok. Ha ha.

I wish you all a great summer, and all of you are always welcome to Sangrok Norway.

Pil Sung!

Best regards, Master Henrik.
