Some
Words from Master Changs Pupils
SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy Family
(Old SANGROK
family Board)
Master
Henrik S. Hunstad
The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.
Sincerely,
Master Henrik S. Hunstad,
International Master Instructor, 6th Dan
Director of SANGROK Norway.

To Sangrok family:
I would like to introduce two new Sangrok family members, who trained in Sangrok for the last five months, and who is in Sangrok right now.
First of all, Andy Kwan 2nd Dan WTF from Hong Kong; he trained in Sangrok for five months since Oct 2004. Andy trained very hard during the five months in Sangrok, also he has offered lots of help to Sangrok. After five months of training in Sangrok, Andy's skill level has reached another level; even himself was surprised, when he compared himself to some good players from his home country.
This is Andy's email address: andykwan49@gmail.com
Secondly, Joseph Lau is a Canadian-born Chinese, 26 years old and comes to Sangrok for 3 weeks training. It has been a while since Sangrok gym has had a Canadian student. Joseph is a computer programmer in Ottawa, Ontario, and he wishes to become a national team member of Canada Taekwondo.
Joseph has got good skill level and he is very keen to learn the Sangrok-style footwork.
This is Joseph's email address: jtklau@gmail.com

Master Chang |
