The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.

Dear Sangrok family:
The annual 3rd class Taekwondo instructor course for foreigners will be held in the Kukkiwon from the 17th of July to 22nd of July this year.
Candidates with 4th Dan and above will receive a 3rd Class instructor certificate from Kukkiwon, candidates with 1st Dan to 3rd Dan will receive the instructor training graduation certificate.
The course covers the following curriculums:
- Taekwondo theories(Taekwondo school management, Taekwondo history,
Taekwondo training method, Competition rules, Regulations for Promotion Test,
Taekwondo and Emergency Treatment
- Taekwondo practices(Taekwondo terms and basic movements, Poomsae,
Kyorugi, Demonstration method)
- Special lectures, etc.
It is a good opportunities for us to improve and update our Taekwondo knowledge, as we all know that Taekwondo is reforming. All Sangrok family members (1st Dan and above) are highly encouraged to enter this course. Don't hesitate to contact me for further information.
